Venu Gooty, Cofounder

Venu Gooty is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience, known for his expertise in artificial intelligence, digital customer experience, automation, contact center technologies, and digital marketing. As a seasoned executive and two-time startup founder, he brings a wealth of thought leadership and innovation to every initiative.

Most recently, Venu founded Genie Labs, where he developed award-winning SaaS products for mobile and tablet platforms, tailored for small and mid-sized businesses.

Throughout his career, Venu has led the launch of transformative tech solutions and driven customer experience (CX) transformation programs that delivered measurable business impact — from cost savings through automation to unlocking new growth opportunities.

A passionate team builder, Venu thrives on helping brands reimagine CX and deliver exceptional, engaging experiences.

He is based in Austin, Texas.

Srivats Asur, Cofounder

Srivats brings over 30 years of experience in business planning, sales, marketing, and operations across diverse markets including India, the Middle East, Jamaica, Colombia, and the Philippines. His deep expertise in launching ventures—especially in the MENA region—and managing strategic accounts has consistently fueled growth and business success.

His career began with an entrepreneurial venture during graduate school, and since then, Srivats has built a reputation for his cultural agility and market insight. He has a strong track record of revitalizing underperforming teams, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving revenue across sectors such as telecom, consumer electronics, and e-commerce.

In recent years, Srivats has turned his focus to digital transformation, applying a consultative approach to guide clients in implementing innovative, scalable solutions. His leadership of multi-million-dollar portfolios, coupled with his global perspective and strategic mindset, continues to distinguish him as a results-driven leader.

He is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Tom Payne

Tom Payne is an independent advisor and consultant focusing on the disciplines of FinTech, AP Automation, Managed Services and Customer Support transformation. From a career perspective, his passion is to seek opportunities to drive efficiency into business processes.

Over the prior 30 years, Tom worked for SAP Concur. During the last ten years of his tenure he led the Global Support organization and then the Global Managed Services teams. He was also a member of the SAP Executive Leadership team until April 2024.

Mahen Jayarajan, Cofounder

Mahen Jayarajan is a strategic advisor with a focus on global operations, digital transformation, and customer experience optimization. Over the past 30 years, he has held senior leadership roles at Starbucks, Mars, Stanley Black & Decker, and General Electric. His journey in the contact center space began in the early 2000s at GECIS (now Genpact), where he served as Senior Vice President and Global Quality Leader, overseeing GE Capital’s call center operations in India.

Mahen brings deep expertise in designing service delivery models, leading digital transformation initiatives, and building high-performing global teams. His passion lies in optimizing end-to-end business processes to unlock value and elevate customer experience. He continues to advise organizations on operational excellence and innovation in the contact center technology space.
