Role Overview

As the Sales & Business Development Director, you will drive revenue growth and strategic client relationships for ConvergedHub’s AI SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing long-term partnerships. Your ability to articulate business value, navigate enterprise sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally will be instrumental in scaling our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets through new client acquisitions and account expansions.
  • Lead sales pursuits from discovery to proposal development, ensuring competitive solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Build compelling business cases to secure budgets, investments, and resource allocations.
  • Assess the viability of client programs, ensuring alignment with company resources and profitability goals.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Identify target industries, key decision-makers, and emerging market trends to drive sales strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to refine product positioning and pricing.
  • Support marketing initiatives with strategic input on customer needs and value propositions.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate ConvergedHub’s value.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Thought Leadership

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business strategies.
  • Represent ConvergedHub at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote AI SaaS solutions.
  • Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and digital transformation trends to effectively position ConvergedHub in the market.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the contact center/BPO, SaaS, or AI industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving enterprise sales.
  • Strong knowledge of technology-enabled and digital solutions for BPO clients.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS solutions, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and API integrations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel.
