Co-founder
Venu Gooty is a tech aficionado with 20+ years of experience under his belt and plenty of stories to tell. As a seasoned executive and a two-time startup founder, he brings immense thought-leadership in the areas of artificial intelligence, digital customer experience, automation, contact center technologies & digital marketing.
His last startup? Genie Labs, where he developed award-winning mobile & tablet-based SaaS products for Small & Mid-sized businesses.
In his past work, he didn’t just launch tech products & solutions to grow business, but he also led multiple CX transformation initiatives bringing in significant cost savings with automation and a little tech magic.
Venu’s passion? Building strong teams and helping brands innovate & craft fantastic experiences — because who says CX can’t be fun…?

Srivats has over 30 years of experience in business planning, sales, marketing, and operations, working across diverse markets like India, the Middle East, Jamaica, Colombia, and the Philippines. His expertise in launching new ventures, particularly in the MENA region with his previous organization, and managing key accounts has been instrumental in driving growth and success.
Starting with an entrepreneurial venture while still in grad school, Srivats's journey has been marked by his ability to understand different cultures and markets. He has a proven track record of turning around struggling teams, improving client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth across various sectors, including telecom, consumer electronics, and e-commerce.
In recent years, Srivats has focused on digital transformation, leveraging his consultative approach to help clients implement innovative solutions. His leadership of multi-million-dollar portfolios, combined with his global experience and business acumen, continues to set him apart in the industry.
